Lima Bean Fun

I picked up a bag of Baby Lima Beans the other day thinking they might look kind of cool in my hurricane vase.  Today I tried it out and they do look pretty.  The trick I use for that is using a small glass/cup and placing it inside the hurricane/vase to take up space so you don't have to use as many.

Now on to the real question..what to do with all those Lima Beans left over?
So I thought and thought and came up with this...

Notice the holes at the top now?

I thought all of you might enjoy this fun silly little project even if it is a little early for Easter.  I would love to hear what you think!

  1. What a cute little Easter egg! Great idea to put something in the glass jar so you can put less beans in!
